The unit has basic essentials when you arrive, like towels, linens, toilet paper, toilet wand/refills, and tissues. Towels and linen replacement can be requested with an additional fee however, replenishing other essentials (e.g. toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) will be the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Cleaning products - Lysol, Lysol cleaning wipes, Windex, dryer sheets, paper towels, sponges, Swiffer cleaning dusters, and garbage bags - are also provided.

The unit is a NON-SMOKING property, kindly limit smoking outside the premises.
We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope you find comfort and happiness during your stay with us! To ensure that your experience is both pleasant and enjoyable, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our house rules.
1. We aim to maintain a family-friendly and peaceful community. Any behavior, conduct, or activity that is contrary to this is strictly prohibited. Please respect the following rules and neighbors around you. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
2. Crude, offensive, loud (greater than 65 decibels), disorderly, unlawful, dangerous, intoxicated, and/or lewd behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside our unit and common area. It is allowed across the parking lot away from the entryways.
4. All Guests must be registered at check-in (including children and pets. $500 charge for undisclosed guests/pets)
5. Guests have access to two (2) parking spaces in our real parking lot and they are both labeled with a number 1.
6. No parties or events allowed.
7. No drugs, firearms, fireworks, wood or charcoal grills, or fires of any kind on the premises.
8. Pets must be well-behaved & house-trained · For your dog’s safety, while on the property, please always walk on a leash · It is preferable that your pet is with you at all times.
9. No mail should be delivered to this unit. You may accept packages, such as Amazon deliveries, but please do not forward your mail to this address.
10. Report any foul smells or maintenance issues immediately so the Owner can promptly correct them.
The Owner will make every effort to ensure the property is maintained to the highest quality and will conduct repairs as quickly as possible. Still, malfunctions happen, and there are no rebates or refunds for malfunctions.
In addition, there are no refunds due to power outages, water shortages, flooding, or construction near property, etc.
The Owner will not be responsible or liable for lost, damaged items inside or outside the property.
The Owner will not forward mail or packages.
The owner is not liable for any inconvenience or damages arising from any defects or stoppage of water, gas, electricity, plumbing, internet, printer\copier\scanner\fax machine malfunctions, weather conditions, natural disasters, or Acts of God.
Regarding HIPAA and BAA Fax Services - Guests are expected and assumed to know the rules and laws surrounding these items and will not hold the owner liable for any negative consequences due to misuse and or ignorance of any and all regulations. If a guest needs a fax service other than what we are providing we will make our best efforts to provide an alternative but we can not guarantee a satisfactory alternative.
All guests will be required to immediately vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fees paid for any of the following:
- Occupancy exceeds the sleeping capacity of registered persons
- Use the premises for any illegal activity including the use of drugs and/or prostitution
- Causing any damages to the property or any neighbor's property

I stayed at Johns’s property with my family for 1 month and a half. He is very approachable, easy to communicate and his property was clean and had everything what I need. No complaints at all.

Stayed for 4 months for work. Neighborhood was nice and seemed safe. There was a lot of traffic noise at times because of being on a main road. There were stores very close so supplies weren’t an issue. It was very nice inside and also fairly spacious. The onsite parking was very nice to have. John was extremely responsive and easy to get along with. All in all I would definitely stay again if I needed a place in the area.
